RESOURCE-SAVING THERMAL INSULATION

Thanks to its high efficiency, PUREFLEX requires two to three times less material to achieve the same thermal insulation performance as conventional insulation materials. PUREFLEX thus helps to conserve resources, save space and reduce transport costs.

ECOLOGICAL

PUREFLEX efficiently reduces energy losses and thus costs and CO2 and makes its contribution to climate protection. In addition, PUREFLEX meets the highest environmental standards and does not contain any substances that are classified as hazardous or listed in the EDGS "List of Hazardous Substances".

FUTURE-ORIENTED AND INNOVATIVE

Aerogels are among the most innovative developments of the 20th century. Their properties for thermal insulation are revolutionary. However, their high porosity has long been an obstacle to their workability. Thanks to PURFLEX, aerogels are permanently bonded and can still be processed flexibly.

HALOGEN-FREE

PUREFLEX is halogen and chloride free and meets the highest environmental standards.

SOLVENT-FREE

For the sake of the environment and our own health , our products are free of organic solvents (VOC).

HEALTH

PUREFLEX consists of polyurethane foam and aerogel based on amorphous silica, which are both harmless to health. This is also illustrated by the fact, that amorphous silica are approved as a food additive (E 551). PURFLEX contains no nanoparticles or respirable fibres. The patented manufacturing process binds the aerogel dust to a high degree even during processing.

LOOKING AHEAD

If we want to protect our climate sustainably, consistent energy saving and CO2 reduction will become indispensable. Today's insulation materials often require too much space to achieve these goals. Space that is often not available or costs a lot of money. PUREFLEX sets new standards in energy efficiency.

RECYCLABLE

Aerogel insulation materials are generally resistant to ageing and can be reused in non-destructive deconstruction. PUREFLEX can also be recycled into granulate and reused as a highly efficient blow-in insulation material, for example in timber construction. For this reason, AGITEC International AG has committed herself to take back and recycle PUREFLEX free of charge.
